So, our townhome is on the housing market. My parents said they were interested in moving and were going to put there house up for sale, but Ryan and I decided we wanted it. It is kind of funny because we just barely got done remodeling and painting all of our home just in time to start the whole process over again, if we sale. It is a good thing Ryan and I like to paint, tile, etc. Of course my old bedroom, which is now a walk in closet, will not be repainted. I can't loose the wall with some of my friends hand prints. Really that is the main reason I want the house I grew up in, I couldn't stand to have that masterpiece painted over. j/k
I have mixed feelings about moving. I am so comfortable in our townhome, but at the same time it would be nice to have a yard and some more rooms and a jacuzzi tub-my fav. But yet again I love not having to worry about shoveling snow, taking care of the yard, etc. Oh wait, isn't that what husband are for? Ryan does have a green thumb, it's just when is he going to find the time to do it? I also know I am going to have to give up some of my luxuries, like having my house cleaned every two weeks, flying in the tunnel weekly, netflix, shopping like I do, etc.
Anyways, if you know anyone looking for a townhome, let them know about ours. They can check it out on KSL or just call us.

How fun to live in the house you grew up in. I forgot about that wall, man we had some good times in your house. Way too many good times : )
How exciting. My parents keep talking about moving and I also would love to buy the house I grew up in. I don't know if it will ever happen.
Where do your parents want to move? It was a big change when we moved from our townhouse. We had to buy a lawnmower, a weedeater, a shovel, etc. etc. Things I didn't even think about in our townhouse. It was nice having someone else do all the work for you! You'll love having a "house" though! It's so much better!
I agree with Britt! We did have "way too many good times!"
