Back Yard Before and In Between Pics

Here are a few before and in between pictures of the back yard. I say "in between" because there's stil a bunch to be done before it's done but I think this is enough progress to post some pics. Next comes the really expensive part-concrete and paver patios.

Before: pic taken from back door.
In Between: same angle as above
Before: the "garden area" (more like throw as much dirt, wood, and garbage in as you can) The only viable thing in this area is the raspberry bushes which I love! Also pictured below are the nummy raspberries I picked yesterday.
After: Same view, you have no idea how much dirt we removed.

During pic: Ryan in the process of getting rid of 3 trees.

In Between: Can't wait till we get the concrete (upper) and paver (lower) patios done. Oh, and more grass to cover more dirt, gravel and fence for the side yard, and then eventually a garden, that will be next year.

Trees, Tigger, and Park City

These 3 trees are no longer standing and probably by now are in a million pieces. Ryan has been working long hours in the back yard getting it ready so we can build the rock wall. I help a little, but mostly Ryan did everything. I'll post after pics once I take them. We did it all on our own with minimal damage, a few holes and cracks in the fence and a huge dent on the shed roof. (which we have on video, but fowl language is involved so it won't be posted) It would have cost us $900 to have all 3 trees removed professionally. I'm glad we could do it ourselves with the use of Master Electrical's boom truck, my boss's chain saw, and Ryan being so handy. The Turner's came for a visit and we found out that Ian LOVES Tigger and the sound of a motorcyle. He loved revving it up, and then would give a little nervous/excited smile. It was too cute.

Ivy, Joeli, and I headed up to Park City for a fun weekend. We went to do Course A'Lure but ended up doing a lot more. Ivy finally decided that she likes to swim. I never thought I would get her to swim without being coaxed or pulled in, but she did it this weekend. I think it helped that there were other dogs swimming. She loved swimming after her frisbee.
She also finally won GOLD! Here she is with her Bronze, Silver, and Gold medal!
Joelie and I on the ski lift headed up to do the Alpine Slide.

Maybe a little nervous?
Joeli at the end of the Alpine Slide.
At the top of the Alpine Coaster....it's gonna be fast!
Joeli did a great job at holding down the brake so we went as fast as we possibly could. She didn't let up once even though she was tempted to. It was so fun. I was laughing so hard my stomach hurt but no sound was coming out. It was a thrill going on the coaster, I love it.
I should have taken a picture of my trunk before we took out all of our shopping bags. It was so full of all of the great deals we got at the outlet stores. It was a great sight.
