Cute Drawing

I got this picture in an email from Ryan last week. Cute huh? He drew it on a stud. He is such an awesome husband.

FYI

So my parents decided now wasn't the right time to move. So our townhome is no longer for sale. I am actually kind of glad. It gives me more time to have fun and do some things I really wanted to do this summer.

San Francisco

I finally got to go to California to see my Grandpa and family there. He is doing ok with his treatments for brain cancer. He is just always really tired. We spent a day in the city at Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf, went out to eat a lot and I also made a skydive at a local drop zone. The air is so different at sea level, it is a lot thicker. California was really pretty, all the flowers were in bloom and just gorgeous.

Mouse Attack!

So I have had some sugar wafers sitting close to my desk for about a week when I finaly decided to throw them away. I noticed that a lot of crumbs had come out of the package. As I was cleaning up, I moved a picture frame and what I thought was a lot of little dead bugs was actually MOUSE POOP! OOOOOHH. I then began sanitizing everything just to find more moose poop in every little corner and some cupboards around my desk. Can you say "nasty, gross, disgusting, ooh"? I am still getting the willys. I cleaned all food and crumbs off of my desk on Friday, just to come to work on Monday and have more mouse poop in the cupboard above my desk. Did you know that mice can climb cords? Well they can.

Townhome for Sale

So, our townhome is on the housing market. My parents said they were interested in moving and were going to put there house up for sale, but Ryan and I decided we wanted it. It is kind of funny because we just barely got done remodeling and painting all of our home just in time to start the whole process over again, if we sale. It is a good thing Ryan and I like to paint, tile, etc. Of course my old bedroom, which is now a walk in closet, will not be repainted. I can't loose the wall with some of my friends hand prints. Really that is the main reason I want the house I grew up in, I couldn't stand to have that masterpiece painted over. j/k
I have mixed feelings about moving. I am so comfortable in our townhome, but at the same time it would be nice to have a yard and some more rooms and a jacuzzi tub-my fav. But yet again I love not having to worry about shoveling snow, taking care of the yard, etc. Oh wait, isn't that what husband are for? Ryan does have a green thumb, it's just when is he going to find the time to do it? I also know I am going to have to give up some of my luxuries, like having my house cleaned every two weeks, flying in the tunnel weekly, netflix, shopping like I do, etc.
